So many times, you encounter a developer but can't really know anything about what they've actually built because it is proprietary for wherever they've worked and they don't have anything at all that they've built on their own time and care to share.
Solution:
This very page is proof that I can think proactively in ways that others don't always think to, learn new skills - the original incarnation of this page was straight HTML, then Bootstrap 3, and now Bootstrap 5 -, and that I try to spend time learning new skills when and where possible.
